We make our pies completely by hand using the best quality ingredients available to us. In short, we do not cut corners when it comes to the look, taste, and presentation of our shipped pies. We pride ourselves in having the most beautiful packaging that you can feel proud to gift to someone for any occasion. To ensure your precious pie arrives safely to eat and beautiful to display, we ship our pies frozen, with 5 lbs. of dry ice. By the time your pies arrive they will be cool to the touch and ready to enjoy, bake, or freeze. We ship Monday-Thursday. Once shipped, most pies will arrive within one to two days, but remote locations may take up to as many as three days. To ensure the highest quality Key Lime Pie, store in the freezer. When you're ready to enjoy, simply remove the pie from the freezer and allow it to thaw on the counter for 20 minutes or simply enjoy frozen.
