Q: How much is shipping?

A: Our flat-rate shipping cost varies by state. However, in most cases, it is $24.95. We also offer 2-day and overnight shipping (cost variable by state).

Here's a bit of great news! You can order up to 10 pies for no increase in shipping. If you want to order more than 10 pies, please contact our customer service department at 404-263-0832 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm est. 

 

Q: I'd love to order, but it seems so expensive! Why so much?

A: We make our pies completely by hand using the best quality ingredients available to us. In short, we do not cut corners when it comes to the look, taste, and presentation of our shipped pies. We pride ourselves in having exceptional packaging, so you can feel proud to send Southern Baked as a gift for any occasion.

To ensure your pie arrives safe to eat and beautiful to display, we ship our pies frozen, with 5lbs of dry ice. By the time your pies arrive they will be cool to the touch and ready to enjoy, bake, or freeze.

 

Q: Will pies arrive frozen?

A: We ship our pies in an insulated cooler with 5 lbs dry ice, which means they've remained frozen during the 2 day transit. As long as your pies arrive cool to the touch, you're fine to freeze or enjoy them right away. 

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Pies will leave our facility on the date requested at checkout and arrive within 1 - 3 business days, depending on your location! If you’re hoping to enjoy the pies for a special occasion or celebration, we always recommend ordering early to avoid delays. Our pies freeze beautifully for up to 6 months, so you can order as far in advance as you’d like.

 

Q: How many pies fit in 1 box?

A: The MORE, the Merrier! 😍 - we can fit up to 4 pies in a single shipping box. Our pies freeze for up to 6 months & our shipping charge is a flat rate - no matter how many pies are shipped to 1 address, so we recommend stocking your box & freezing the pies you aren’t enjoying right away.

 

Q: If I add a pie to get free shipping, can I send it to a different address?

A: Great question! Each order placed will ship to 1 address only. If you have a free shipping code, we’re happy to honor it on a second order; however, each order placed will need to qualify for any promotion on its own.
