Good news - warm, spring weather is officially upon us, and April 23rd is National Picnic Day, which means it's time to get outside!

Contrary to what you may see on Pinterest, a picnic doesn't have to be fancy. In fact, it can be as simple or as elaborate as you like. But, while your spread doesn't have to be Instagram-worthy, there are a few things that might make your day at the park...well, a walk in the park! 

To help make things easy, we've created our go-to Picnic Essentials List!

First off, you'll need the basics:

• Blanket and/or camping chairs
• Napkins or paper towels
• Plates
• Plastic/reusable utensils
• Trash bags
• Sunscreen 
• Wet Wipes (especially if there are kids!)
• Games - card games are our go-to 

Next you'll need your Main Course:

You could pack your own meal OR you could save time and pick up a freshly baked Petite Savory Pie at your local pie shop! Choose a 4 Pack Savory Bundle, 4 Pack Chicken Pot Pies, or individually; we have 10 savory flavors to pick from!

And everyone knows you can't have a picnic without dessert!

Bring your favorite pie along with you! Whether it's a classic Apple Pie, the decadent Caramel Pecan, or our tangy seasonal Lemon Chess, pie is the best way to conclude your relaxing day outdoors!
