Bourbon-Marinated Flank Steak
Flank steak is my go-to dish for parties by the lake because it serves a crowd and is easy to prepare. Marinate in my signature Asian-inspired, salty-sweet sauce the night before and throw on the grill for an effortless dish everyone will be sure to love.
Score flank steak and place in a gallon-size ziplock bag. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over flank steak. Seal the bag and turn to coat the steak. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill until medium rare, or to your liking. Slice thinly across the grain to serve.
